Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
INDUSTRIAL RECENSE, S.L. is the CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
Why do we process your personal data?
To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The planned processing operations include:
- Sending commercial and promotional communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communication. These communications will be made by the CONTROLLER and related to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or suppliers with whom a promotional agreement has been reached. In such cases, third parties will never have access to personal data.
- Conducting market research and statistical analysis.
- Processing orders, requests, responding to inquiries, or any type of request made by the USER via any of the contact methods available on the CONTROLLER’s website.
- Sending newsletters regarding news, offers, and promotions related to our business.
On what legal grounds can we process your personal data?
The processing is lawful under Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
- With the USER’s consent: for sending commercial communications and newsletters.
- Based on the CONTROLLER’s legitimate interest: to conduct market research, statistical analysis, and to manage orders or inquiries requested by the USER.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Your data will be retained no longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing, or as long as legal obligations require it. When it is no longer necessary, the data will be securely deleted or anonymized to ensure confidentiality.
To whom will we disclose your data?
There is no planned disclosure of personal data to third parties, except when necessary for the fulfillment of processing purposes. In such cases, data may be shared with our service providers related to communications, under confidentiality agreements and data processing contracts as required by current data protection regulations.
What are your rights?
The USER has the following rights:
- The right to withdraw consent at any time.
- The right to access, rectify, transfer, and delete your data, and to restrict or object to its processing.
- The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with current regulations.
